Dianne Danowski Smith

Founder/President

Strategist | Doer | Public Relations, Crisis Comms Leader | Company Owner

Dianne Danowski Smith, APR, Fellow PRSA, has three decades’ experience in the implementation and management of award-winning initiatives and campaigns comprising public relations, public affairs, crisis communications, strategic marketing, corporate communications and reputation management, through her work at her firm, Publix Northwest PR + PA. Working at the table with large/medium/small companies, firms and organizations, she drives results in advocacy, community relations and programming, executive counsel/coaching, crisis communications, media relations and training, issues management and ally development, litigation support, strategic counsel and tactical implementation.

She serves clients and causes in many industries and sectors including health care, biotech, innovation and startups, community development, academia, not for profit/foundations, sustainability, economic development, commercial real estate and construction, retail, public sector, government, neighborhoods, main street and more.

She is nationally Accredited in Public Relations and is inducted into the Public Relations Society of America’s College of Fellows. She is the PRSA Oregon recipient of the William W. Marsh Lifetime Achievement Award in Public Relations as well as the Ron Schmidt Award from Community Involvement. She has been named the PR Practitioner of the Year from the PRSA North Pacific District and The Paul Lund Public Service award from PRSA’s International office.
